The repair finisj work is good, however, the Suv was not ready when I was told I could pick it up. Also I had to bring it back to get the decals put back on. Customer representative was very considerate and apologized.

For the actual repair. It was good.

It was during the winter storm when we contacted you to do the repairs and pick up my vehicle. You were backed up due to the snow and I took that into consideration. I still had to call and remind you after about five days. The wrecker driver was abrupt and unfriendly to my wife. We had to call for updates when ya’ll should have kept us informed. Other than the interactions with service employees, the repair was very good.I would definitely recommend your shop for the repairs. But the shop employee that took my deductible should have walked around the vehicle with me to inspect it. Sorry but the shop could improve the feeling that the customer leaves with.

I dropped my truck off on December 29 and was told it would be a 2 week repair, it took over a month to get my vehicle back and even then one part was not on it. When I finally was able to try and get it put on it was the wrong part! The right part was ordered but I never got a call telling me it came in! I finally was able to get the right part put on. The whole repair process was horrible! Every time I called about my truck it was something didn’t come in or the parts are in but no updates yet! The body shop never called me which updated info about my truck! The entire process was in my opinion, very unprofessional and the customer service was subpar!
