At this point I would not recommend anyone to use this repair shop. My husband and I have bought 5+ vehicles from Kirk and have always been very pleased with the company but this poor experience would lead us to never shop Kirk again

After originally being told my car would take 5-7 days, I had to call daily after day 7 and was told something different and contradictory everyday. I finally got my car back after 15 business days. The paint has a 6 in drip in it, the entire hood is rough and has an orange peel texture. There are paint chips and scratches that were not present when I brought it in originally and touch up paint was used instead of actually painting one spot and was still wet when I picked it up.

I really appreciated them coming to my house to pick up my car and returning it when they finished. The repairs are great. You can't tell a tree limb broke my window and dented my roof.

I’ve always used the Body Shop everything I’ve had an issue with my cars. This last accident repairs are horrible. When I had the accident, my car wasn’t making any noises. After the repairs, my car has been making a hissing noise that I feel is coming from the parts that were replaced. Took the car back to the body shop, they told me to take it to Toyota because he didn’t hear anything but the receptionist did. This entire repair, every part that was ordered was wrong and had to be reordered many times delaying the repair process.

The door was not shutting completely and was out of line. My husband ended up having to take the door off and fix it. Bolts were not even tightened.
