They took 3 months and still i have to take it back for alignment of parts.. there was no status update from them at all. Only 2 people know what is going on the other employees are clueless.

Worst body shop experience I have ever had

I was never informed of any part of the process. I had to call and text repeatedly try to find out what was going on. What I was told would be express and be a few days became over a month. They had me pick up the truck and plan to come back was a. Plan was made for the roof and still have not. There are defects painted over. They claimed to have replaced a fender and even show it replaced on the invoice, but it clearly was never replaced. I called several times to ask about this and still have never heard back from them. Had to finally tell the adjuster and they said that they didnât update the invoice. This is fraud. The truck needs finished and this made right. Still havenât heard from anyone about this.
