Like I said horrible no communication at all. I was never told anything. My car was in the shop for 60 days and still wasn't even fixed properly. I have to buy a new car because of it.

I had gotten an estimate from a body shop near my home near South Belcher and Ulmerton which was a thousand dollars less than what your final price was, however Geico said they don't deal with them and I had to go to you, even though it was out of my way.

Vehicle looks good but took over a week to get it done. Don't know what was done to the car but an old repair all of a sudden showed up on the back bumper when it was the front bumper that was damaged. Also, I was asked if I wanted stripes. I had stripes on the Vehicle when I brought it in so yes, I wanted stripes. That would take another day.

I asked for a cost estimate when I brought the vehicle in but was told that the system was down and an estimate would be sent directly to Geico. When I picked the car up I asked for a detail report of the work that was done. Again, it could not be provided because they didn't have any ink in their printer. They did send me the report to my email. I was told the vehicle would be ready at 4:00 pm on Monday. When I got there the car was sitting on the lot filthy as could be. I then got a phone call telling me to come later because the car was being washed. I was staring at it as they were talking to me.

Gave them a 6 because it was miscommunication between the insurance company and The Body Shop with Payment on the payoff. Had my car for 3 weeks longer than suppose to. overall good job on the body work.
