For 30days my car was at your place of business.During that time I was told it would be repaired.. During that time I had free use of a car through. my insurance company.When the 30 ended I was told you decided to declare my car totaled. I had not been thinking about a new car because you kept telling me it would be repaired. Suddenly I needed to find a new car and my free rental was over. I ended up spending 350.00 to continue to rent a vehicle. So no I was not happy with your service. I should have been notified earlier that you didn’t think you could fix it. You received a 3 only because the girls in the office were very pleasant. No I would never recommend you

I was first called to pick up my truck at 630p one evening. Not sure about date. I was out of the county so I was told I could pick it up the next day. I received a call that it would be ready later on. When I got there I inspected the truck and found finger prints in new paint and writing from a marker on a part that was replaced. There was also a bulb that was out. Since I pick up my grandkids from school at 330p my time to get them was getting close. They brought my truck in do work on it but I had to leave to get my kids so I used the rental van I had and returned later. I was told you quality control department had gone over it. They didn't do a good job.
