You all had done the repairs but forgot to paint the rest of my car as we had already planned. So I showed up to pick up my van and it hadn’t been painted. There are some spots like on the door handles and above the license plate that didn’t get painted. When I mentioned the door handles Brian waxed up the handle but you could still tell it hadn’t been painted. I didn’t notice above the license plate till a few weeks later. Also the trunk door wing (shiny black part) did get painted but the track areas beside it didn’t. The black shiny, plastic (when bought) pieces on the side of the car were not addressed. That may be my fault but I kind of thought that would have gone along w the painting of the car. I would have been fine with someone letting me know it should be painted. I have another car that needs painted much worse than my van needed it and was hoping to bring to you all but just not sure of how the outcome will be.

Really a great experience as always. The office staff are super efficient and professional. They worked with my insurance company easily and my car was done on time. Also, the car was delivered cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I really am super pleased. The body work is perfect!
