Ohh, my gosh, I'm completely satisfied my SUV. Looks brand new and it's a 2003 Thank you for all your updates. Staff was very professional kind and courteous, especially Michael, and Janet.The guys that do the auto body work are to be commended. They do excellent work. I sure would have liked to have met them...... Thank you for keeping me updated. you kept my car safe? I was worried about it, but now I know, I don't have to worry if anything else happens. Which it's not, but I know know who to go to. They were transparent all the way from the time they took my car until the time I picked it up. I really don't trust anybody with my Rav4. But these guys really took care of it, because the same thing happened too one1 of the guys in the shop that happened to me.And he understood everything I was going through... So kudos to Klaus Body Shop. They really are the best. Thank you very much for cleaning my car and making it look perfect when I picked it up. Thank you for the pleasant aroma!!!!°°°🤗 .
