Took my vehicle there due to paint bubbling on car door. Found door was rusted and they got another one It was a used door they repaired, painted, and put on. Took longer than we expected and communication was not what we would have liked.

You missed the last point because you forgot the tape in my gasoline door. Gasoline door would not open, until I forced it, and removed tape. Works great now.

I have not received the parts and labor that I have paid for! My car was there for 6 weeks and it cost me an extra $500 dollars !!! I continue to call and follow up! Nothing! So I basically paid 1900 dollars for nothing! On top of my insurance!!! I have been receiving these txt about my satisfaction and have been ignoring them because my car is far from complete ! I want a refund of the $1900 dollars I paid for nothing! Plus I’m going to get back my $500 from the car rental?!!!! I have tried to be patient but this is down right slapping me in the face???!!! I better be hearing about a refund! For himy car bill that wasn’t done and the extra c where am I am going to take youar rental for $50p!!!!! Please reply

Because of the issue of parts taking longer for shipment, maybe do the estimate, get the parts and then have the car brought in for the work to be done. I hope not to have another accident but if it does happen that is what I would recommend. They were very professional And kept me updated.
