I returned my car to the shop. Is making a scratching sound when slowing down for traffic signals, which is louder when making right turns and a whirling/ chirping sound when driving between signals. I can no longer accelerate beyond 60 miles per hour without the engine working harder. I do not feel it is safe to drive.

When I picked up my car the window washer light was on as well as the check tire pressure light. They filled up with water and put air in the tires. The window washer light went out but the check air pressure light did not. They said it was the tire sensor light needed replaced no big deal and sent me on my way. My car has a scraping/whirling sound when stopping at traffic signals and making right turns as well chirping sound while running between signals and I had difficulty accelerating beyond 60 miles per hour. I returned it to the shop for repair. None of the difficulties plagued me before the accident.

I received no status updates. Called numerous times and received no information. Repair went past the 10 days lowed by my insurance Co for three rental car. The repair is fine, the process needs work. Communication needs to be improved.
