I recently had my automobile bodywork done at Klaus body shop some family members as well as friends have also had their automobile body work done a Klaus and I can tell you know if there’s a better company around someone will have to show it to me. They answer their phones. They have answers for you on the phone if not you’ll get a call back with the answer a 10 out of 10 no doubt about it. Regards, Bob .

Long past eta, no communication, no answer, missed repair, damage repairs, and worst repair shop I have been to.

I dropped my car off to have the rear bumper and rim replaced due to a collision with another car. The owners of Klaus where very friendly and helpful to get my car back on the road. When they texted me that my car was complete, not only did they repair my car but they completely detailed the inside and outside of the car…it’s never looked so good. They even returned my rental car for me, this company is first class…I give them 5 stars. If my car is ever damaged and needs repair in the future, I will definitely have Klaus take care of the repairs. Thank you for all your hard work and effort to get me back on the road. Your first class customer service is greatly appreciated.

I am very pleased with not only the repairs, but the friendly atmosphere , up to date text messages, prompt phone calls & everyone I dealt with. Klaus makes you feel as though your car is special ! I also was thrilled that it was vacuumed & washed- what a welcome sight it was. The loaner car was just fine for my short runs. I will gladly recommend Klaus Body Shop.

Was told multiple times my car would be done on a specific date. When that date came around, was told they were still waiting on parts from the dealership. I called the dealership and they told me the parts were never ordered. The dealership then called Klaus and then called me back, saying Klaus just ordered the parts (when they called).

While I have no qualms with regard to the body work completed by Klaus Body Shop, and completely satisfied that my car was returned cleaner than when it was dropped off, the company has a problem with timely, accurate coomunication. If they learn to under promise and over-deliver, they would be superior. In the same respect, a failure to communicate will eventually ruin their business
