Klaus Body shop performed repairs in a timely fashion and I was completely satisfied with the end results. I would highly recommend their business should your need arise! They were polite and professional and discussed everything they were going to do to repair the damages and the cost , so there were no surprises when the job was completed.

I wanted my tail light fixed on a separate invoice from the insurance claim. The tail light was outlined in green. I never received the repair...nor charged.

Although I have used this shop a few times over the last 30 years, and the body work and mechanical appear to be repaired correctly, was not happy with runaround with inconsistent comments and updates and that the paint didn't quite match. Vehicle is old but paint should be matched.

Repair looks great and Yanet was super nice. Looking forward to bringing my car back in next week for the additional bumper repairs. There was a lot of shop dust in my car, and finger prints all over the inside of my windows lol. hopefully I can get it cleaned in and out next time Thanks again!
