This shop sent the car to audi for electric repair however they did NOT tell audi what happened so audi didn't know what they were looking for. Luckily we have a great relationship with audi and filled them in on what happened to system. Also they do not keep in contact for repairs

Very unhappy. I think it was highway robbery what they charged for windshield wipers. Then they charged me to use a credit card. Gave me jeys that did not go to my car. Office staff extremly rude. No body spoke English. Probably all illegal. I will be in a complaint with Geico.
