WE discussed the scratches on the hubcaps, but those were not repaired. OTherwise it was adequate- the color looks more siler that the remainder of the car, not sure if it actually is, or its just lighting

Gave me the truck back with a dead battery that won’t hold charge now. Adolfo told me the detailer must have left everything on the first time it was dead. Now he’s telling me that it had been doing that since they got it. It started right up the first time I came in to pick it up but hadn’t been cleaned . This whole experience with Knapp has been subpar at best. I just don’t trust that my truck will ever be the same after y’all got a hold of it. And now it’s dead in the water in my driveway. Yall owe me an on star module but I can’t even drive it to you.
