The repairs were completed as promised. My concern was in the painting because it’s been my experience that the gold color is hard to blend. The estimator had already taken that into account. When I picked up the van it was a cloudy day and hard to tell about the paint job but the estimator said I had a one year warranty.

Kniesel’ was very professional and extremely helpful during the whole process. The estimator communicated any potential problems and she listened to my concerns as well. Kniesel’s even handled the logistics with getting me to the reserved rental car. Returning the rental was easy because I left it with them and they contacted the rental company. Every employee I spoke to was professional and helpful.

It was an overall wonderful experience. The repairs were completed in a timey manner. My vehicle looked great when I picked it up, almost as if it hadn’t been damaged in the first place. They have a customer for life now.
