I recently had my car repaired after an accident, and I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy and the entire team at this auto body shop in Norwalk. My car was in terrible condition—the front bumper, vents, and several other areas were badly damaged. From the moment I brought it in, Jimmy was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded all of my expectations. The team repaired and repainted the bumper, restored the damaged areas, and paid attention to every detail. When I picked up my car, it honestly looked and felt like a brand-new vehicle. I have never worked with an auto body shop that delivered this level of service and craftsmanship. My car was in a minor accident and ended up in a doom loop of insurance hell. It took over 2 weeks before it was transferred to knight and that would not have happened without jimmy getting involved and arranging for it to be taken to him ( which I had requested Allstate to do on the first day of the accident). Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job. The car looks great. Thanks to Jimmy and the team at Knight .

Knight Street repaired my vehicle after it was hit while parked. I was extremely stressed but they kept me updated throughout the process and even offered me a free rental when the repair took longer than expected and they cleaned out some food my Frenchie Lola dropped in my car. They are too tier. I’m so glad my dad recommended them! James and Jim were so kind I really appreciate the wonderful job they did!
