I recently brought my car to Knight Street Auto in Norwalk. Jimmy, the owner, was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the repair process, including my insurance claim and rental car setup with Enterprise. He kept me updated throughout the repair, answered all my questions, helped me obtain my police report, and made sure I felt informed and taken care of. The quality of the work was excellent, using genuine parts, and the team even touched up a few unrelated scratches as a courtesy.
