Jim at Knight Street Auto was a saint. He truly did so much to help me out while my car was in the shop. He helped me out with figuring my insurance out, with car rental, and had amazing communication. I will definitely be coming back to Knight Street Auto whenever I run into car troubles! Jim was awesome. Vehicle is a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Front end damage. I sold Toyotas for 25 years, so I was very concerned that all the mechanical was done right. Jim assured me it was. Today, I was near my old Toyota Dealership, and being paranoid, I had them check out the car. It was perfect. Hopefully, I won’t need the body shop again, but would recommend to the highest degree.
