My car has been through a lot rear ended twice. Jim is legit the real deal! He's so responsive and my bumper took a week to be finished. They took my car for a wash and vacuumed too how amazing is that?! My car looks brand new! He's very knowledgeable and very reliable also gave me a lifetime warranty if I have any issues down the road which I doubt I will. He doesn't cut corners like some auto places do. I trust Jim with all my auto needs! Thanks Jim and to your team for taking care of my car and being so responsive and informative throughout this stressful situation. You guys are legit the best!

I honestly have never had a car accident or have had to have someone fix my car besides my dad. I really enjoyed Jimmy as a professional and as a person. Jimmy is the type of person you meet and remember for the rest of your life. Jimmy goes above and beyond to ensure that as the customer you are satisfied. Even when I brought up a concern to him he ensured he would stay in contact just in case my car had any issues. The type of person who goes to work loves what they do and ensures outcomes are type tier for customers. Loved the experience

I’m not one to leave reviews, but the only thing that went without worry after our accident was whether we made the right call to get our car fixed with Knight Street. Jimmy and his crew had everything ordered and in place as quickly/efficiently as possible and were always available to give updates. But, even when parts were hard to come by, they fought tooth and nail to get our stuff to get us on the road again. Would come from out of state to work with them again if possible.

Great communication and attention to detail. The car looked perfect. Inside was vacuumed. Some moulding above one wheel well was replaced and looked newer than the others so he touched up the others to also look like new. He even fixed a leaky antifreeze line for free. Jimmy is also a great guy. Allstate recommended the place as their top choice in the area.
