And we really appreciate the fact that you did not cut corners or rush the job and waited for the rain to stop, before you painted. This sets you apart from a lot of other body shops. We also greatly appreciate the fact that you got us a new door, rather than an aftermarket, used door and that you fixed all the blemishes and dents throughout the entire car. Jimmy, the owner, explained everything in detail and very clearly over the phone and in person, as to what we should expect and gave us advice on how to deal with the insurance company as well. He even dealt with the car rental company for us when we needed the rental extended.
