Maria Bohaboj impressed me with her quick customer service, I walked in, she managed to do an estimate right away Wile waiting for jimmy, who also help me to get my car repaired quickly, the body shop crew did an amazing job, Nick was there when I picked up my car the whole crew was very healthful and friendly, which helped me go through the frustrating process of having my car repaired. The mirror on driver’s not replaced, passenger side looks like a small dent in rear door, back hatch is loose. The interior is covered with dust fans not cleaned up. When the vehicle was dropped offf inside was clean.

The repair was done well- paint. matched rest of car perfectly. Bumper and side panel looked fine to me. I appreciated the vacuuming job inside car - what a bonus. Excellent job!

I was told they was going to clean the inside of the car but they didn’t even touch the inside. Which is fine but don’t say you’re going to do soemthing and don’t do it.

They kept me informed for the whole process, gave me a ride to the car rental place. After asking, they gave me some of the left over paint so I could touch up some of the door dings. They went above and beyond!! Made the whole experience very nice.

Such great courtesy people. Jesse the estimate person was quick, polite and even took me to enterprise when they did not show up with my rental. They even gave me some of my leftover paint and tiny swabs so I can paint the dings that I saw in my doors! The front desk gal is so polite and super nice Very pleasant and professional!!!!
