I am extremely particular about my vehicle. Ocd particular. I had a long conversation about the repairs before hand. So they knew my expectations, and meet them. Granite crystal metallic is a difficult paint to match. Kneopfler nailed it perfectly. There is no evidence at all that my Jeep was repaired. They delivered on their word.

I did not feel welcome there. I did not feel like I was a priority. I came in before another customer and Quinn decided to take care of that customer first and told me he would come out and talk with me after he was done checking in that customer he never did. I walked in and he told me that there was no appointments available for the day and I told him that I already had an appointment set for Tuesday the following week I was just there to drop off my car because it did not feel safe to drive. He said OK but really didn’t feel like he wanted to carry on a conversation past that then on Tuesday morning, he called me stating that I had no bumper to bumper warranty, and I said it was there for insurance and then he never got back to me after that anytime I called for an update on my vehicle. I felt like I was a bother I had received my car back today, Monday, June 23. I got into my car and I still have a sensor that’s on so therefore I will be calling Missouri Valley where I bought the car in the first place because when we were looking for a car at your guys place one of the sales persons there was absolutely rude.
