This is a small town that I did not grow up in. I believe a larger company may have been more prepared. Most of those companies have their employees take classes on how to deal with all customers, not just born locals. Iâm from Louisville and the competition is rough. They have always been on top of things even before I was. Big M on Preston is where we bought our cars and where they were repaired from wrecks. Canât remember a problem in over 30 years. I would recommend u but explain problems I had.

Shop employees had no problems. Receptionists our front each have answers that donât match. Even when they asked in the back, answers didnât match. Donât think they r all that friendly either.
