Jim contacted me right after the claim was sent out, and was very professional. Within a few days, they had me drop off my car and had it finished a few days later. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car repaired!

Took 5 weeks to complete repairs Was given approximately a 2 week repair estimate in the beginning. Was never contacted by anyone during repairs for any updates, I had to call in each time. When repairs were completed and went to pick up vehicle the fender was not aligned with the door or hood. Was told by Sam that " sometimes that's the best we can do with what we are given." When repairs were finally completed I again told Sam that I was not happy about the fact that they knew the fender wasn't right the first time and his response was "9 out of 10 customers would have drove off and not cared".
