My experience at Mount Vernon GM Collision was really good. The person that repaired my Ram was really good at his job. Everyone was very nice and I even got to see an old friend and ex coworker Troy Thompson. I would definitely take my Ram there again. Thank You so much!

I had to leave my truck two additional times to get the truck repaired correctly. I came to you thinking I was coming to professional and that I would ls not be the one pointing out mistakes After seeing the work they can do I realize technician’s are either not paid well enough to care or are to pressured by management to vehicles out and our being rushed into completing repairs on vehicles leaving mediocre work Tim the collision manager was great to work with and each time I showed him something was quick to try and get the problems handled And like stated after seeing the completed work you had good collision technicians But upper management needs to pay the techs more to put some pride in what they do or not push flipping these cars and rushing repairs just for numbers

Work was rushed we had to come back 3 times before the truck was actually fixed appropriately. While truck was there the service side was supposed to take care of the TPMS light issue and it was not taken care. I have reached out to service more then one timing asked for documentation Seth completely ignored me I even was interested in buying a new vehicle he had zero follow thru. Talked to Glenn in service yesterday and he was supposed to get back to me last night or this morning still haven’t heard anything left a message at 10:30 am Very displeased with follow thru. Working in the automotive industry myself I understand how important helping a customer is they are our lively hood. Clearly this is not the case here! Unfortunately this is how the automotive industry get a bad name.
