My truck was returned to me with several issues. A mirror was supposed to be replaced and never was. Paint was oversprayed in my wheel wells onto my shocks. There was a tape line on the passenger door paint. The paint on the fender was not properly blended. Spray in bed liner was removed from bed bolts the trash from this was left in the bed and bolts we not recoated along with a gogue in the liner down to metal. Some type of compound was left on the drive side cab of the truck. This was after my truck spent 2 weeks there. I didn't notice the issues when I picked it up. When I came back in to show them the truck Tim tried saying it was from the factory the way the cab looked only offered excuses for the poor workmanship. I requested several times for the general manager to call me which they have yet to. was told to bring it back in they would send me out with a truck as i require one. I was given a double cab to be able to use for a family of 6 which is not big enough. I was told issues would be fixed in 3 days now going on day 4 and into the weekend still without my truck returned to me.

when issues were brought up with the workman ship i only recieved excuses. General manager has not called me after leaving voice message for them along with requesting to be called several times. Tim lying to me about the work that was done

Tim was fantastic, he was accommodating and very helpful in getting me scheduled and taken care. Staff was great as well. Though....the left rear quarter panel was repainted and done well. But the paint color and shade is definitely not matching the door panel etc. It was not evident to me due to the sun glaring on it at pickup. My family suggested I reach out to you to see if there is a possible solution. Otherwise the collision team did well. Thank you!!

The entire process from contacting the shop to driving away my car with newly fixed front body work was great and streamlined. Hopefully i never need to take a car in for accident repair damage again, but if I do, it will be here.
