Very good, other than 1 guy used curse words when i went for the initial inspection, when I dropped my car off and when I picked up my car, not toward me, but in general conversation. I don't use fowl language, and i am not around people who do, so I 100% noticed it. I dont know his name. I'm sure you know who I mean. He was not being offensive. It's just his language of choice. I still would've rated this section a 10. Then I was told if I used my debit/credit card I would be charged an extra fee. I protested. He defended the dealership charging me. I could've brought cash had this been explained when i was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. Just so you know, I'm still protesting my $250 deductible costing me $257 + change, so I rated this portion a 9 only because of the fee.

Was not inspected when we arrived and the blame for work not done correctly was blamed on an hourly employee. Hood still has dent and still raised on drivers side car still needs alignment due to it was a side impact was told headlights were adjusted and wasn't passenger side headlight did not match drivers I had to buy one so could see at night Bumper and fender is pushed in where connected Will take business elsewhere in future

Collison done a very nice job on my Corolla. Although my car was drivable and drove well there was quite a bit of sheet metal damage and core support and light damage from a deer collision. my car looks great.
