Front desk staff are phenomenal. Communication is outstanding. Sales pitch is perfected. That’s what sets Knudsen apart from everyone else. The ONLY thing that sets Knudsen apart. The disappointments started on day one with the recommended car rental making me pay 4 dollars more per day. I’m 54, that NEVER happened to me before EVER. Don’t recommend anyone so you both have a happy business relationship and overlook the person who could have went anywhere and received a better treatment. That’s very disturbing. You started working on my car BEFORE you got full approval. I had to make two claims. That is even much more disturbing. Who does that. I have worked with a mom and pop shop that were more aware of how to go about doing this. Let alone a half century old business. Hand to God, and on my kids life, none of that upset me. Just made go hmm. But the slap in the freaking face is my car washed with what looked like a garden hose and no towel drying leaving it with water spots all over. My truck had bed with old sand in it. And my beautiful jeep buffed in three separate spots instead of the entire thing. Poor lady at the front desk had to see the look of absolute disgust on my face. I’m mot writing this on google. I’m giving my time, 25 mins, about the amount it would have taken to buff my car. So I help you not upset any other nice person who trusted you with their car that they might love like I do.

Knudsen Brothers were great from the first contact I had with them. They were able to get me quickly. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was back in it by Friday. They did a great job on the repairs to my car. I highly recommend them. The entire staff that I had contact with were just wonderful, very helpful.
