Again the workmanship was very good, nobody went towards any kind of extra effort as described before. To not go over the vehicle and point out what was done to Lisa is a huge fail.

Nobody went over the car with Lisa. They just told her it was ready to go. Truck wasn’t washed... that was a first at any body shop I’ve been to. I’ve had my car washed at oil changes....
