I am rating the quality a 10 but as far as having me drop of my truck 1 week before it gets worked on now if I could go -10 I would give you that! THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME TO DROP OFF MY TRUCK 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVEN GETTING STARTED!! It took your tech 2days to fix which was great but had I needed it in a couple days to get to work that was totally unacceptable to have my truck just to have it done in 2 days!! I will never bring ANYTHING to this place to have work done NEVER!!!

My wife gave Koehne her phone number, she called to check status of vehicle, no one answered the phone or returned her voice-mail. I received a voice-mail that the car was done and had to tell my wife. she had to rush out of work to pick it up before 5pm. process seems broken, communication between techs and office staff feels non existent. Office staff seemed polite so I Lean more to broken process. smells like an upper management issue.

Repair was pretty good. However someone must have done something to the radio. I use Apple Car Play all the time and when I tried it on the way home I could not get connected. I also noticed that someone tried to clean the inside windshield but only cleaned one half???
