My car was in the shop for 7 weeks. I was told continuously practically the same thing on the txt meaaagea for over a month and then when I did go to pick up my vehicle it had scratches all down the opposite side of the car then where the damage from my accident was. I advised the manager and he tried to tell me it came in that way. We looked at his own pictures he took and you can not see any scratches going along hog doors in any of the pictures. It was fixed the very next day however this should have never happened and when I confronted the shop I shouldn’t have been told I was wrong. It is MY car and I know what was there when I brought it in.

I appreciated that the estimate included a calibration that might be needed, I was told about it and wasn't charged for it when it was not needed. Being prepared for the worst case and then being charged less is always better than finding the cost is much more.
