Took 16 days to get vehicle back for very small repair. Few years ago, only took 3 days.

Was told by Customer Service desk that I could respond to the text message updates but I never got a response from them. Did not feel Customer Service should be subject matter experts but a technician would be. Did not like the twice week updates as I feel time got delayed and I prefer to check by phone on status of car.
