Communication was poor, prior to trying to remove a undamaged rear window the shop did not know if it was available, if broken. It was not and it was broken. When asked if they saved the parking sticker is was told that is was too hard to remove and I know that it was in true because I removed it from the glass when the first glass was replaced and placed on the rear glass. Also the shop miss installed the plastic hand hold for closing hatch and didn't vacuum the area where the charge cable is stored. About three weeks for a 3 hour task. Rated poor in my book. Plus being lied to leaves me cold about Koons Toyota of Annapolis.

The young woman at the counter was helpful and only relayed the lie from the person in the office. She had nothing to do with the poor service.
