I’ve had three cars with West street Toyota and been a customer for just under a decade. Thought I’d try the body shop because of being a long time customer. I have to follow up with Toyota because my car still needs to be made safe to drive. Not sure about the future. The work is beautiful and fast. In general the staff are not super friendly but keep a professional manner.

The body work on the doors and the paint job both look great. And from what I can tell, very well done. My car was cleaned and seems to even run better. The only issue is my driver side mirror, back door and missing hubcap. The mirror shakes and is unstable when I play music or drive.

Only two folks at the shop and the person I spoke with gave explanations about the process that were not completely logical. Suggested that I not worry about the cost because my insurance was paying for everything. Also, required me to agree to be responsible for all cost without an estimate, stating that it wasn’t efficient to get an estimate before dropping if my car for work.
