Repairs were not complete, tech apparently tried to disguise un-repaired damage with electrical tape. Waterproof connectors were not used under hood and covered in electrical tape. Repair work undid my emergency repair that was better and waterproof without repairing the primary reason the vehicle was in the shop. It was very poor work and very poor judgement.
