The repair took 50 days which I believe any reasonable person would agree is significantly too long, however, Mike in collision graciously agreed to my request for a loaner due to the extended repair timeline. Front office staff provides meaningless repair updates and refuse to give estimated timelines.

I trusted Koons Toyota with my 2022 Tacoma. I was not disappointed at all. They were amazing and my truck looks brand new. The office staff at the collision center were top notch as they were extremely approachable and knowledgeable and so easy to work with . I highly recommend!

The back and forth between USAA and Koons was exhausting. A 2-3 day job lasted 30 days because of a lack of agreement between them regarding vendors and pricing.

I saw on the invoice the work they did. The rear body work looks great. Thank you. There’s a scratch on the front passenger side that wasn’t there when I took my car in for service. The car sound louder than usual with take off and when I am driving. I waited to do the survey because I wanted to drive it a few days to see how it was sounding,, it sounds louder now than it did before I was hit in the rear and it feels like it is pulling to the right.. Is the tailpipe ok.

Repair was fast, I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. They also worked with the rental company to shuttle me there for rental pickup, and coordinated rental drop off. Toyota collision also answered every question I had.
