I'm completely satisfied with the finished body work repair. But I was told 7-10 days and it was nearly 3 weeks. I was only informed once about the progress. When I called two times later to find out the status, the person I spoke to was quite rude on the phone. I was told I'd be updated by text, but this never happened after I was signed up for texts. Had I originally been told the work would take 3 weeks I would have accepted that (it's clear you are very busy), but the delay and the silence about why was annoying.
