Would overall recommend but those little attention to details like back ordered part, disclaimer that the job wasn't completely done and a final wash when they knew I was on my way to pick up the car I would have given a 10 out of 10 experience.

Release car with still waiting on outstanding back ordered part. I've should have been in a rental until the car was completely returned in as new condition.

If I didnt see missing bumper guard and mentioned it was missing. Not sure if they were aware of it. Besides that they are very personable and make the processing of getting out a car seamless.
