Did not reinstall windshield washer system; missed the bolt holding washer fluid; did not recharge air conditioning; paint drips on passenger side of hood; a hose not in proper place; assuming it is the sun roof drain on passages side; rubber / plastic molding not properly put in place on passages side by fender. Car was returned on day it was promised. Car stopped working one day after getting back, not sure why.

It was a long wait. I brought the car in - October. I was told it would be done sometime in March due to the fact that the parts will take that long to come in. In March I was told I’d have to wait till July. I contacted my insurance company who then contacted Kovatch collision I received a call that it would be done in May.

Lack of communication and miscommunication regarding pick up times, which ended up in costing us additional money to scramble for a rental car at the last minute. Being told we weren't called about an update on pick up date (after being sent daily emails stating we WOULD be called if something changed) because "the receptionist was off today" is not a great feel. Then several more promises to be called, which always fell short. We're pleased with the work and grateful for the delivery, but not the professionalism/communication.
