Knowing that it was not repairable for months because of a structural part that was unavailable was a problem that I understood. Fortunately I am retired and my wife and I got by with one car until the part became available. Now the car seems better than ever and very clean and the finish sparkles. Many thanks Rick

Repairs look great. Just had an issues where door rattled while closing with window down. But took it back and figured what was wrong and had it fixed within 15 minute.

The Jeep sign was put on crooked. I can still see scratches on my bumper and the inside door leather has small dents and stains. Some one scratched the center console up pretty bad. I opened the hood and the plastic cover wasn't even put on correctly. I understand that things got delayed and I waited the extra time. But to get my car back in this condition after waiting so long is unbelievable.

Excellent work! Car looked better than new. My front end collision with a deer it completely unnoticeable. Also, the front was realligned and is driving better than ever! I drove 60 miles to work with Kovatch. I would do it again! Very professional staff made this an easy process!
