My car was completely smashed, I'm surprised my insurance didn't total it out and when I got it back from Krafts it was PERFECTION! It looked better than it did when I first bought it at the dealer. They are professional and keep you informed of everything that is going on. They are the best!

Nothing but good to say about this company Tonya on the phone is always very kind and cordial. She was very patient with me even when I had to change my appointment because of vacation Bob, the owner is also very nice and knowledgeable. The car looked perfect when I got it back….He cleaned my car inside and out and even put air in a low tire because he noticed the indicator was on. What a guy! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs bodywork done.

Bob was relentlessly in making sure my 2025 MINI Cooper was repaired to its original glory. He even sweep out the interior and washed the entire car so it was sparkling when I picked it up.
