The repair work was done exceptionally well and you would never know there was a repair, but there were numerous communication problems which led to this rating. There were also a number of billing miscommunications when I picked-up my vehicle.

From the very get go Kraftsman was excellent! No waiting, you took the initiative to call and set all the appointments. From Kika calling to inspect and do the estimate and ordering the parts. To Jeremy calling to inform us of the parts arrival and scheduling the repair. Then finished on-time just as was proposed. But the bottomline: Excellent job! Appreciate all of your work!

Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. Was concerned about custom pearl paint matching my Mercedes. Cannot tell there was ever any problem. Really appreciate the small container of extra touch up paint also. Car returned in time promised also. Great communication.
