The repairs were great. The length of time it took to complete on the other hand was terrible. Over 14 days to replace a transmission cooler… and the. They broke a couple other parts but, they did cover that, themselves. Only reason I took it to a shop was because I believed they would’ve had it fixed before I could do it myself. Instead, had to cancel 2weeks of plans waiting for the shop.

Had a simple car deer accident. After a week they found more than they originally thought (understandable). The date for the car being fixed got pushed back one week because of this (again, understandable). There then was a problem with my rental car and I asked when my car would be done to see if I should get a new one or not and they said it would be done the next day which was a Friday. So I borrowed a car for work that day and then they pushed the completion date to the following Monday because they were waiting to get into service. Nobody was keeping contact with me so the whole time besides one call, I had to call them to get answers. It then was told to me that it would be done next day for 5 consecutive days until it was finally done 2 weeks after the initial date that was given to me. I talked to a manager about it and he was full of excuses and said their service department was just too busy. Maybe tell me that when I come to you to fix my car? Maybe factor that into the date you are going to give me for it to be done? Nothing was offered for me having to find my own way of transportation since their completion date was only moved one day at a time so I never got a new rental through insurance. Seems like good business practice would be to offer to cover the deductible or something, but not at krapohl. Would give a 0 star if I could.

No one wants to call the customer. I had to call them for any status on my vehicle. The young lady that I talked to before I picked up my car had no clue about what was going on. If I based my return on customer service it would not return to your body shop.

They did a phenomenal job. I had an issue with another place toying around with me and krapohl squeezed me in and got my truck done right away and my truck look brand new they also kept in touch with me keeping me updated on my truck.

Had to take it back in as the pain didn’t match. Parts of the paint had bubbles. And some of the tape used on my door damaged the door and parts had to be ordered. Spent two additional days without a car waiting for a new rental.
