The people were very friendly and easy to work with. The loaner car through Enterprise was very convenient and helped out the process. Overall, when the repair was complete the work that was done looked great. The biggest issue I ran into was that a part of the repair was not complete when I first came to pick up the vehicle when they said it was done. I happened to check the area before I left and noticed that the scratch was still there. I pointed it out and it was fixed however, I had to leave the car for an additional two days to wait for it to be completed and was just a frustrating part of the process. Also, the next day after I had picked it up a warning came up on my vehicle that there was Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power. When I contacted Ford they said it was likely a sensor that was disturbed during the repair work. The warning did end up disappearing, but I am concerned that the sensor may be faulty now and that it may continue to come up in the future.

All of the people I worked with at the body shop were very friendly. The only part of the experience that was not as great is when I called about the Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power warning and the gentlemen said that it wouldn't have been caused by the repair work, even though that is what Ford said was most likely to have happened. His only solution was to keep an eye on it and come back if it happens again.

The repair was done perfectly and within a reasonable time frame. Noah in the front office was helpful in orienting me to the loaner car. The Ford Fusion was enjoyable to drive. Thank you for the excellent service. I'll be back!
