They didn’t even communicate directly to me about the repairs, they only communicated to my insurance company. The girl seems annoyed to even comunícate at all, when I go into the shop (as I had to clean out my cars and sign paperwork)

The bumper repair is a 10, but I asked that the trunk latch also be repaired, but the techs didn’t do that and the front desk guys didn’t really seam to care about…it’s a small thing but the lack of following through was frustrating.
