Took too long. A 4 or 5 days job, taking 3 weeks. Leaving tell, tell paint from mailbox . Nothing big, but when your wife points it out to you, What can you do. Little wax and elbow grease. But over all still the best Body shop in town.

You have fixed 2 or 3 jobs for me. First in 2012. Time schedule and work was great. What has happen to time schedule and reliable work? Something that made your shop stand out above all the other Body Shop in Pahrump is gone.

Job that shouldn't taken over a week, took 3 weeks. Joint between bumper and side fender joint wasn't properly sanded after being painted and now there little paint lumps,or drops of thick consistency. But was inform that the bumper mounting brackets lose some of their fastening capability each time the bumper is removed. So you didn't do the job right the first time and now giving me reason why it not a good idea to fix the bad job. You blow it, not me. What I want is it to be fixed right and a written guarantee of the integrity of the product and of Kustom Kolors LLC for the repair or replacement of defective parts. You know the more I think about this mess and how it has went down, it's time I get back in touch with my State Farm Insurance Claim Associate and see what my rights are and what would be the appropriate action to consider to resolve this unfinished job.
