Driver’s side rear door was supposed to be replaced , dent still in door Windshield was supposed to be replaced I don’t know why but it has deer hoof scratches on it Dent in passenger side above front door , one dent was fixed one still there The trim on driver side door is curled up.

It took a week longer then we were orginally told and every day the update was estimated as tomorrow. Also i was never contacted when tear down was complete as i had requested.

Did great on body work but missed some obvious problems they would have noticed if they drove it after repairs

Held the truck over a month didn’t do an alignment when they had to replace suspension parts I got the truck back steering wheel was obviously not straight seems like they didn’t even test drive it after because on my way home from picking it up you can hear a super loud grinding humming noise from the impacted passenger tire..Turns out they didn’t replace the wheel bearing that held the impacted tire on shakes and hums super bad shouldn’t be driven but stuck driving it right now till fixed right
