Working with Lacey collision was a true pleasure. They were always nice, happy, & very professional. They followed up as they said they would, they updated me while the car was there and when I picked it up, they were awesome. They gave me the warranty information, invoice, I received flowers, and the car looked beautiful. I was a very happy customer!!!

Everyone i spoke with at LC was professional and very friendly. I received updates often. The work done on the car was pristine, and it was returned to us completely clean. The flowers, plant and Keychain were nice touches.

Sloppy windshield repair. Paint scratched around window. Inside of window black hand marks from top to bottom. Glass all over floor in back. Glove compartment items thrown all over back floor and seat. Black rubber piece sticking out of left front fender. Door edge guard was not replaced as billed. Dashboard many scratches all over. Sticky glue on paint in several areas of car. Will discuss with insurance company.
