The repairs were prompt and excellent. Considering the only damage that needed to be addressed was to the exterior of my vehicle, I was shocked at the dust and debris left in the interior of my vehicle when I picked it up. The interior of my vehicle had an awful smell (like sheetrock dust) that took a week to dissipate. There’s thick white dust on the driver and passenger side interior flooring. There was black dust on the 2nd row driver’s side seat as well. It would have been nice to receive the interior of my vehicle in the same shape that I left it.

The estimator Mr. Cornell was great, very positive and very helpful when I had questions. I inquired about the number of days it would take to complete the repairs and I was quoted 5days, and in my mind I said right more like 7 or 8 days. I was very grateful, and appreciated Mr. Cornell and trust his timing when it comes to repairs. Also the young lady was also helpful and very nice.

I can't say enough about efficient, no nonsense courteous service. Lakeside Collison Center is my automatic go-to body and paint repair specialist. They've serviced my 3 Toyotas over the years and I've never had anything but pleasing things to say about everyone at this establishment. And I was an automobile technician for 35 years.
