I was very pleased overall. I went a week earlier to an appt I set up and was told my car wouldn’t be touched for a week due to people being out . I left. Being told that earlier would have saved me a trip.I would have loved a heads up when car about to be done. I called on Friday am and was told the car would be ready but by then I was booked up with pts so I had to wait till the next Monday. This allowed for extra car rental for my insurance company. Other than that wish for communication things were fine and done quicker than I thought they would . Oh one more thing for Lakeside Was that they could have made it clearer that I was to go to the collision center vs their main campus where I had gone previously.

Mark and the rest of the team were amazing and made the process as quick and easy as possible! He always kept me informed of the status without prompting on my end, and the car was ready days before their estimate. Even though Mark primarily handled my case, Nancy and Cornell were great and always made me feel valued when I was in the office!
