How long do you have to talk? I would very much like to speak with the General Manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with the way in which my repair was handled and how appalled I am with the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. Everyone was very nice and professional and turnaround was swift. I am very satisfied with the work done. It was exceptional and done with care. I received text messages keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Lastly, my car was spotless when I picked it up. Lakeside Collection is the best. I highly recommend.

A decent amount of dust was left in my car which was not in my car to begin with. Am satisfied with the repair nonetheless. The person who brought my car to the front hit on my fiancee in the neighboring car, which was unprofessional.
